Payments

All prices are in US dollars. Online payments are processed securely by Stripe. Some offers can also be paid by Zelle or Venmo; the terms for those are shared with you before you pay.

Individual healings

Each healing is a one-time purchase of $27. You get access in the Real Healing app straight after purchase, using the email you checked out with. Only the healing you bought is unlocked; the others in that chakra stay locked unless you have that chakra's bundle.

Healings are nonrefundable once they're unlocked in your account. If your healing doesn't appear in the app and we can't fix it within two business days, or if you're charged twice for the same healing, email admin@realhealings.com and we'll refund it.

Chakra Bundles

Bundles are $27 a month and you can cancel anytime. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the month you've already paid for. How to cancel is in the app FAQs and in your "You're in" email.

Memberships

Memberships are monthly subscriptions and you can cancel anytime. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the month you've already paid for.

The Turn On

The Turn On is a 7-session live course, paid in full or in three monthly payments.

• Course purchases are nonrefundable.
• If you need to cancel more than 7 days before the course starts, your payment can be transferred once to another Real Healing course.
• Your access to the course ends on May 28, 2027. If you joined through the webinar offer, access ends on August 28, 2027.
• On the payment plan, if a payment fails you have three days to update your card. After that, your course access pauses until the payment goes through, and it comes back as soon as it does.

Private sessions

Full payment is taken when you book. Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, or don't come to your session, it counts as your session and isn't refunded.

Private programs

The terms for these programs are in the client agreement you receive and sign before you begin. Your agreement is the place to check for anything about payments, scheduling and cancellations.

Retreats

Each retreat has its own terms, including deposits, payment dates and cancellations. They're shared with you before you pay.
