I decided to do six sessions with Meredith remotely. I was hesitant at first and wondered if it would be as powerful as in person. After my first session I had no doubt. It was as if she was in the same room with me. I immediately felt different.
My online sessions with Meredith have been one of the best, most powerful, self-loving gifts I could have ever given myself. Working with her has reenergized many stagnant areas in my life, and I could not be more pleased or grateful.
After the third session I really felt the energy coursing through my body stronger than the first two sessions. All sessions were done through FaceTime, which is incredible in itself. After that third session my symptoms completely and totally disappeared.

What I got are tools that allow me to shape and shift myself, mentally, physically and emotionally, to flow through life easily and gracefully rather than moving through life forcefully against the grain. This has given me the ability to accept myself and my current circumstances and to let go of resistance.
I feel a deeper sense of wellbeing and often outright happiness overall. I have the sense of owning my power differently and as a result being more focused and efficient in my work and daily activities. I am less fearful about the uncertainties of money as I experience more work come my way. I feel much more in tune with the ebb and flow of my work, rest, solitude and connection.
Something magical about taking your reflections out of the mind and into the body. The connection to your body through the breathwork really was a game changer for me because I needed something to escape from all the chatter in the mind. It's amazing what can be learned through listening to your body and not your ego.
The value I gained is a love for myself I never had. The value in that feeling is a joy inside me that cannot be shifted or lost. Helping to grow myself in ways that I have never been able to before and learning how to cope or heal things that I've never been able to get through with another class or even trying to help myself. That is invaluable.
