Meet Meredith

I was turned on to Reiki over a decade ago when my sister (who was 24 at the time) had a stroke. Through a combination of Western and Eastern healing methods, she was able to completely heal from the debilitating effects of the stroke which caused her to lose 75% of strength on the left hand side of the body. I am totally inspired by her results and now dedicate my life to helping heal others. Healing Makes Me Happy.

Soon after, I began my practice and training in Reiki with the woman who helped in my sister’s healing while simultaneously building my own Reiki business. In December 2009, I spent 6 weeks in Thailand studying for a certification in Thai massage. In 2012 in Peru, I received an attunement to this beautiful healing rainbow energy. The specialized healing I do is a unique combination of physical and energetic work that combines both Reiki and Rainbow energy as well as elements of Thai Massage. I work along energy lines as well as with the Chakras to help clear energy blocks, activate the bodies natural healing sources and restore physical and emotional health. I help and assist you in identifying and healing deeply rooted causes of physical and emotional stress and illness thus allowing you to release life long patterns that no longer serve you. The goal of my work is to help you to feel more love, joy and happiness in your life.
