A room of your own.
Private rooms will be offered at a higher rate, subject to availability and the final room allocation.
Discovering your inner beauty while enjoying taking care of the outside, too.
Join me in Seoul for energy work, Korean skincare, delicious food, and time for yourself. A small women’s retreat that brings self-love and healing together with the pleasure of looking and feeling beautiful.
There’s nothing wrong with enjoying looking and feeling beautiful.
Taking care of the outside doesn’t mean you’re neglecting what’s within. And doing deep inner work doesn’t mean you have to stop caring about skincare. This retreat makes room for both.
We’ll spend time exploring self-love through energy work and healing, alongside spa experiences, beauty appointments, shared meals, and exploring Seoul. There’s room for meaningful work and a really good time.
Self-love is the thread running through our time together.
We’ll make space to explore how we see ourselves, what we appreciate about ourselves, and where it can be difficult to offer ourselves kindness.
Through group energy work and healing, we’ll turn our attention inward. Time to notice what’s there, connect with yourself, and discover the beauty that isn’t dependent on how you look.
The schedule is still taking shape, with approximately four group energy-work sessions anticipated throughout the retreat.
The skincare you’re curious about, with someone to help you navigate it.
Seoul is celebrated as a global skincare capital, with many beauty treatments available at a fraction of comparable U.S. prices. If you’ve wanted to explore it but felt nervous about figuring everything out on your own, this is an invitation to come with me.
I’ll help you explore the options, find clinics suited to what you’re looking for, and arrange your individual appointments. You won’t have to start from scratch with every search and booking.
We’re planning one or two days with time set aside for optional appointments, alongside skincare shopping and shared experiences. Other activities will be planned for women who prefer not to have treatments.
Treatment prices vary by clinic, procedure, product, and individual needs. Clinical suitability, risks, aftercare, and treatment recommendations are determined with your treating provider. Appointment support is not medical advice.
The exploring, the meals, and the little discoveries are part of the retreat, too.
We’ll make time for shared meals, cultural outings, cafés, shopping, and enjoying the city together. A traditional Korean spa experience is also part of the plan.
Some experiences will be planned as a group, and there will be room to follow your own interests. We don’t need every moment scheduled to make the most of being here.
The final itinerary will be shared once our arrangements are confirmed.
I’ve been to Seoul many times, and I keep going back. I love the city, the food, and the skincare, and I want to share that with you.
This retreat brings together things I genuinely enjoy: spending time in a place I love, doing energy work, and making room to care for ourselves, inside and out.
If you’ve been curious about Korea but hesitant to go on your own, I’d love to have you join me. We’ll explore together, share meals and experiences, and make time for the things you’re interested in.
You don’t need to know everything about skincare or arrive with a list of treatments. Curiosity is enough.
A beautiful home is part of the experience, not just somewhere to sleep.
We’ll stay together in a traditional Korean hanok with a courtyard and warm wood interiors. A place to settle in between our days exploring Seoul, getting treatments, and spending time together.
Accommodation is included in your retreat price, with different rates depending on your room and sleeping arrangement.
Private rooms will be offered at a higher rate, subject to availability and the final room allocation.
A shared-room option with separate queen beds may be available. The beds in this room are positioned directly beside each other.
Sharing a room and queen bed offers a lower-priced way to join. Bed-sharing will be clearly stated before you book.
We’re planning for up to six participants, with final capacity depending on room selections. Full room descriptions, availability, and pricing will be shared before booking opens.
We’re planning the retreat for the first week of May 2027. Exact dates are still to be confirmed, along with pricing and the full itinerary.
Not at all. Every treatment is optional. You’re welcome to come for the energy work, exploring, food, and company. Other activities will be planned during the individual appointment windows.
No. Spa, skincare, and beauty treatments are paid for separately, so you can choose what interests you without paying for treatments you don’t want. I’ll help you explore options and arrange appointments.
Yes. You don’t need to bring a friend. This retreat is being created with women in mind who are curious about Seoul and Korean skincare but would rather not navigate the experience alone.
Room choices will be priced differently. Private rooms will cost more, while sharing a queen bed will be a lower-priced option. A shared room with separate beds may also be available. You’ll see the exact sleeping arrangement before booking.
