GRIEF

Grief is the natural reaction to loss. We all have ways we cope with grief that we develop at a young age. These grief patterns can show up in many ways like working really hard, ignoring it, not feeling it. These methods often block us from actually what is there and therefore make it harder to let go of the pain.   

There can be many layers of grief and they can last a long time.   It’s actually through grieving that we are able to heal. The more we deny the reality of the situation the longer the grief goes on.  Therefore, the more we allow ourselves to feel and grieve, the more we can clear and the faster we can move forward.
