CLASS DATES
Jan: 9, 16, 23, 30
Feb: 6, 13, 20, 27 (3 hour final class)
4pm- 6:30 pm PST (This is 30 mins longer than beginner)

WEEKLY PRACTICES
Prior to each class (Saturday or Sunday morning)
1. Select a few Journal Questions and spend 20 minutes journaling to connect with the shadow upcoming chakra.
Throughout the week (From Sunday on)
1. Choose at least 3 Homework Exercises weekly. Choose one from each category of mind, body and spirit. Do at least one a day. Bonus points for doing an additional exercise connected to the element of the chakra.
2. Fill out your weekly results form on Friday by 5pm PST.

4. Be kind to yourself while exploring your shadows. Feel free to bring back some of your favorite beginner homework exercises.
LESSON RELEASE TIMELINE
1. Pre-session coursework (Journal Questions) for the next chakra is released on Saturdays.
2. Notes about the chakra, Homework and Further Resources are released the day of Class (Sunday).
