This month we will be exploring Self Confidence. Self Confidence is our overall sense of value and attitude about ourselves. It is a critical component of success, life satisfaction, and well being so let’s work together to strengthen ours this month.

How I followed my heart &
created an 8 week Mindfulness course

Join 9 year old Campbell Sloane for an interactive interview and exploration on Self- Confidence.  Meredith will be interviewing her about what self confidence means to her and how she had the courage and confidence to create a 6 week mindfulness course for adults.  She will inspire you to reconnect to your childhood dreams and follow through on your desires with confidence and power. 

Campbell Sloane is an intuitive and heart based 9 year old. She’s also the niece of Meredith. She’s currently leading an 6 week mindfulness course for 9 enrolled (and paying) adult students. Her passions are magic, kindness and manifesting.

HOMEWORK

JOURNAL QUESTIONS

  1. CONFIDENCE: What does this word means to you?
  2. How can you improve your confidence?
  3. Reflect on a recent success and what it says about your character. Think about something you have recently accomplished or a “win” that you have had. Then write about how this success demonstrates a positive quality or characteristic that you possess.
  4. Discuss something you want to learn, improve, or change that would make you feel better about yourself. Create an action plan to get this taken care of.
  5.  Acknowledge your efforts. Self-esteem is not just about success. It also recognizes that sometimes our efforts, determination, dedication, and persistence are part of the process and great attributes to develop. Think of a recent challenge you were faced with and how you persisted despite the outcome.
