ROOT CHAKRA

We are going to work with plants for the energetic element of earth… Material Objects and Plants

In the root chakra we deal with the realm of the physical.  We will learn to activate and charge normal everyday objects with energy to create charged amulets.  We will also learn to work with plant spirits to receive healings and messages.  

1) PHYSICAL SYMBOL:

Find a physical object that represents an energy you want to bring into your life.  By creating something you can see and touch, it allows you be with the energy of your desire in the physical realm.   It can be a simple as a stone, a check written to yourself for the amount of money that feels like abundance, a picture of someone who has the hot bod that resembles healthy or sexiness, a snow globe of the place that feels like travel which represents freedom, a key which represents the new house you’d like to move to which might represent stability, anything works as long as it reminds you of your energetic desire. 

 

 

2) PLANTS:
Please order the following ASAP as it might take a while to come
These links are  going to be way more than you need for class.  I’ve attached them for convenience.  If you have a health food store near you, you can buy always buy single mason jars and also loose herbs there.  Who knows though…you may fall in love with the plants.   You will need about 2 handfuls of burdock for class.  or  and … you may end up loving it and wanting to work with it for the month….
