My Personal Story & Invitation
In the early 2000,’s I was a publicist in the music business and I was really unhappy. I hated my job and it felt like I wasn’t in alignment with my true self or purpose.
I felt stuck and really didn’t know how to get free. I was afraid to quit. Everything seemed hard and I had so much fear.
Through a series of events, I met an energy healer. By working with her and simply shifting the energy in my body, things started to really move in my life. “Coincidences” started happening. Magic and miracles showed up effortlessly.
My life quickly became a joy. I started to meet different people. Different opportunities started to show up but mostly I started to feel good… Really REALLY good.
The more energy I cleared, the lighter I felt. The lighter I felt, the more energy I had to pursue the things I enjoyed. I started to see things with the glass half full and I started to release fear which eventually allowed me to step into who I am and my life purpose. I began to vibrate higher. When I let go of heavy energy I began to see what was possible for my life and feel who I truly was and how I was meant to live.
I trained with that healer for two years and quickly realized this is my life purpose; to help people like you get unstuck and consciously create the life you desire with ease.

About Meredith

Energy can be transported through space and time, which means that energy healing can take place over geographical distance. This might be a difficult concept for the mind but the proof is in the body. You will actually feel the energy moving in your body.
You only need a computer or phone and a quiet place where you can lie down and not be interrupted during the session.
The recording will be available for the entire week after the live session.

Yes, since the course consists of live healings and is experiential, you will be able to finish easily on time. I have however extended a bonus of 2 weeks access if you need or wish to repeat any of the recorded healings.
No, this is an intro to energy work. It’s somatic healing which means it’s all in the body. You can let go of your mind and just show up exactly as and where you are.
